This policy applies to orders placed at merovia.shop (Merovia).
Return window
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Items that cannot be returned
Gift cards and items marked “Final sale” on the product page cannot be returned. All other items can be returned under this policy.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund. You do not pay any return shipping for damaged, defective or wrong items.
How to start a return
- Email support@merovia.shop with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We reply within 1 to 2 business days with a return authorization and the address to send the item to.
- Send the item with a tracked shipping service and keep your receipt.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to match the parcel to your order.
Return shipping costs
- Change of mind: you pay the return shipping cost.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: we pay.
- There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
When we receive and check your return, we email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to show the credit.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, email us. If the item is in stock we can exchange it; otherwise we refund your return and you can place a new order.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund by emailing us before it ships. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
